1. General Policy At Next Arc Solutions, we work to provide high-quality Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and Graphic Design services. Due to the category of digital services, refunds are concerned to particular conditions defined below.
2. Refund Eligibility We offer refunds under the following occurrence :
2.1 Web Development Services prior to Work Begins: Full refunds are obtainable if a cancellation request is made before any development work has started. In the course of Development: A partial refund may be contemplated based on the percentage of work accomplished .
After the Completion of the project : No refunds will be provided once the final project has been delivered and accepted by the client.
2.2 Social Media Marketing Services Monthly Subscription Plans: Cancellations prior to the start of a new billing cycle will not be charged for the upcoming period. No refunds for the on going billing cycle if services have already started.
Ad Campaigns: Refunds are not offered once ad spend has been assigned and campaigns are running.
Strategy & Consulting Fees: These are non-refundable as they include time and proficiency .
2.3 Graphic Designing- Initial Design Phase: If a refund is requested before any design concepts are provided, a full refund may be issued.
After Initial Concepts Delivery: A partial refund may be offered if the client is unsatisfied and chooses to cancel before further revisions.
Final Designs Delivered: No refunds will be issued once final files have been sent.
3. Revision Policy Web Development: Minor revisions are included as per the contract. Major changes may occur additional costs. Social Media Marketing: Adjustments to strategies can be discussed within the service period but do not qualify for refunds.
Graphic Designing: A set number of revisions are included in the package. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases Refund requests due to missed deadlines caused by Next Arc Solutions review case by case. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback. Force mature (unforeseen circumstances beyond our control) may exempt us from refund obligations.
5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, contact us at info@nextarcsolutions.com with the following details: Full name and contact information Order or project number Reason for the refund request Any supporting documents or communications We will review your request within 15 business days and respond with a decision.
6. Charge-backs & Disputes If a client initiates a charge-back without prior communication, Next Arc Solutions reserves the right to dispute the claim and take necessary legal action if required.
